An Undiet Session is a call, it gives you and I the opportunity to get to know each other better while discussing your personal struggles and goals. You will also be required to fill out a simple questionnaire before the call too. The more information I have, the better I can make the best decision for you. Working one on one is a pretty personal experience, so I want to make sure you and I are a good fit to work together. But more importantly, make sure that you are ready for the journey to your transformation.
After you schedule your session you’ll receive an email from me with your next step instructions. It really is that simple and you get to choose a time that works best for you.

When you work with me one on one, and start the Undieting process, you are really going through a full body and life transformation. It’s an ongoing journey that takes you from being a DIETER to UNDIETER…but for life. I know, because I did it myself and now I want to share with you how I did it. And if I can do it…ANYONE can!
Understanding the mindset that kept me in the struggle of living a life of diet hell, binging at night and moving into living life on my own terms was the most amazing gift I could give myself. I love being free to live my life without guilt every time I want a piece of chocolate or have a beer. It can also give you that same freedom you so much deserve and desire. It can set you up for a life that will be free from the highs and lows of the diet roller coaster, feeling out of control and from starvation because you need to “stay within your calories limits.” No more!
I know what it feels like to wake up every morning exhausted physically and emotionally from all the highs and lows (mainly lows) of trying to keep yourself on what we are told is the only path to weight loss success…”a diet”. But that path is also what keeps you in the cycle of that damn emotional eating. That my lovely, is not a path that leads to success, that is a path that keeps you struggling and keeps you not living a life you love OR in a body you love.
You DESERVE to show up each and every day as your best self. Not waking up feeling bloated and miserable from last night’s binge or telling yourself all day long “you are fat” or “what’s wrong with you”. Instead…feel happy, healthy, actually enjoying the process of getting dressed every morning AND feeling free from those weight loss chains that hold you down. I will also show you what foods are good, what foods are best, and how to make them all work for you…in your own life, right where you are. All without the mind drama behind it. Food can be an amazing tool to help you become an even better you, not your enemy that wants to keep you fat or feeling out of control.
And gain a better understanding of what balance really looks like. The type of balance that belongs to the reality we all live, and not from someone who hasn’t lived it or walked it before. Not from someone who has never sat crying in a puddle of tears with a pint of ice cream in hand. That struggle is SO beyond real girl.
And what about exercise? What about it? I teach you how to find what you love and enjoy in a way that will make your body healthy and fit for the rest of your life, not a routine to start and stop because you hate it and it’s not for you.
Like I said, this process is a very personal one. This is why working together one on one, getting the proper coaching from a behavior change expert AND real holistic nutritionist, is so valuable to your lifelong success. Remember, this is a transformation not another diet or quick fix like you have always done.
I have been where you are right now a hundred times over, and I know how much it hurts. I know how hopeless you feel. I know what it feels like to lose the weight, only to gain it back many times over while hiding the junk food packages you just devoured in the trash.
