Drinking Your Coffee & Healing Your Gut Too
I love coffee. I perhaps love it even more than one should, but I am totally OK with that. I am not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, and I really don’t strive to be.
What I do strive for, is to be healthy…and the healthiest I can personally be. For me, this means making the things I love and enjoy even healthier.
Coffee doesn’t miss out on this transformation either. So here is a wonderful way to drink your coffee and enjoy it with benefits beyond waking your ass up in the morning.
Super Charged Joe
¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
2 tsp coconut oil
12 oz fresh brewed coffee
½ tsp grass fed butter
1 scoop of collagen.
Toss all ingredients in your blender.
The warmth from the freshly brewed coffee with melt the coconut oil and butter.
Blend until it’s combined and enjoy this morning frothy treat!
