Breakfast doesn’t have to be this complicated, spending hours in the kitchen ordeal.  You can totally eat super well! Super healthy and balanced in less than 20 minutes! And if you have a kitchen timer…you can be in there EVEN less, while you run off putting your make up on or helping your kids get dressed before school.

Stop making excuses why you can’t eat healthy and how it takes too much time to eat well and kick start YOUR day PLUS your kids’s too with this awesome and tasty YET super simple 3 ingredient breakfast. I dare you!

3 Ingredient Breakfast

Serves 1

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Slice pepper in half and carve out the seeds.
  3. Crack an egg into the cavity of each half and bake on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs. Remove from oven and season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Enjoy!

And don’t let the buck stop there…make it your own. Add different seasonings to the eggs, fresh herbs…WHATEVER makes you happy.
